Rivera Workforce was founded to solve a problem we lived ourselves — the everyday challenge of finding trained, reliable staff at short notice, without compromising on standards. Today, we partner with London's leading hotels, restaurants, private members clubs, event venues and serviced apartments.
Our roster is carefully curated. Every candidate is interviewed, referenced and right-to-work verified before we ever place them in front of a guest. And every client is looked after by a named account manager who understands the operation.
